Chef Danio Somoza

From an early age, Chef Danio Somoza's heritage fueled his passion for fresh, seasonal cooking. Spending his childhood in El Salvador, he grew up enjoying farm-to-table dishes, rich in flavors and spices. But it was after moving to America that his culinary journey took off. 

After mastering French, Asian, and American cuisines, Chef Somoza's newfound love for adventurous, fusion fare inspired 99 Sea Level's creation. Ever since our debut, Chef Somoza has excelled with his energetic menu of gourmet dishes, meant to delight every palette.
